No. Even if it's technically compatible with Verizon's Network (most are) the phone is SIM locked to Verizon's carrier ID. Much like in the days of 2 year contracts on postpaid, prepaid phones are sold well below cost and they are locked to prevent you from taking the device to another Network. If the phone has maintained consistent Straight Talk service for an entire year, you MIGHT have luck getting it unlocked, but even then there is no guarantee that it will work.
