Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try to stop Outlook from freezing:

Start Outlook in Safe Mode. This will start Outlook with a limited number of add-ins and features, which can help you to identify the cause of the freezing. To start Outlook in Safe Mode, open a Run dialog box by pressing Windows key + R, and then type Outlook /safe.
Disable add-ins. If Outlook starts without freezing in Safe Mode, then you can try disabling add-ins to see if one of them is causing the problem. To disable add-ins, go to File > Options > Add-ins, and then select COM Add-ins. Click Go, and then clear the check boxes next to any add-ins that you want to disable.
Repair Outlook. If disabling add-ins does not fix the problem, you can try repairing Outlook. To repair Outlook, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings, and then select the account that is freezing. Click Change, and then select Repair.
Reinstall Outlook. If repairing Outlook does not fix the problem, you can try reinstalling Outlook. To reinstall Outlook, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, and then select Microsoft Office. Click Change, and then select Repair. If the repair option is not available, you can select Uninstall and then reinstall Outlook.
Update your antivirus software. Outdated antivirus software can sometimes conflict with Outlook and cause it to freeze. Make sure that your antivirus software is up to date.
Update your operating system. Outdated operating systems can sometimes conflict with Outlook and cause it to freeze. Make sure that your operating system is up to date.

Greetings,
Peter
