There are a few things you can try if Outlook is not updating your inbox automatically on Windows 10:

Check your network connection. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and that your network connection is stable.

Restart Outlook. This can sometimes fix minor problems that are causing Outlook to malfunction.

Check your send/receive settings. Make sure that the "Automatically send/receive emails" box is checked. You can find this setting by going to File > Account Settings > Account Settings. Select the email account that you are having trouble with and click Change. Then, click More Settings and go to the Send/Receive tab.

Disable Cached Exchange Mode. Cached Exchange Mode is a feature that stores a copy of your mailbox on your computer so that you can access your emails even when you are offline. However, it can sometimes cause problems with Outlook syncing. To disable Cached Exchange Mode, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings. Select the email account that you are having trouble with and click Change. Then, click More Settings and go to the Advanced tab. Uncheck the "Use Cached Exchange Mode" box.

Repair your Outlook data file. A corrupted Outlook data file can cause a variety of problems, including Outlook not updating your inbox automatically. To repair your Outlook data file, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings. Select the email account that you are having trouble with and click Change. Then, click More Settings and go to the Advanced tab. Click Repair File.

Create a new Outlook profile. If you have tried all of the above and Outlook is still not updating your inbox automatically, you can try creating a new Outlook profile. To do this, go to Control Panel > Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016). Click Show Profiles. Click Add. Type a name for your new profile and click OK. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your new profile. Once you have created your new profile, open Outlook and select it from the list of profiles.

Greetings,
Peter
