To reset a Brother printer to factory settings, you can follow these steps:

Press the Menu button on the printer's control panel.
Scroll down to Initial Setup and press OK.
Scroll down to Reset and press OK.
Scroll down to Factory Reset and press OK.
Press Yes to confirm.

The printer will restart and all factory settings will be restored.

Make positive the Canon printer is became ON and configured to the pc. Then, transfer OFF the printer by way of pressing the “power” button. Further, pick the stop button for two seconds.
